General Terms
These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between players ("you" or "user") who access the 689solt platform (https://689solt.vip) and 689solt ("we", "the platform").
By accessing this platform, registering an account, or making any payment, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- You must be at least 21 years of age or older to use this platform.
- Each individual may only hold one account.
- Players whose local laws do not permit online gambling are prohibited from accessing this platform.
- 689solt reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time; changes will be announced on the platform.
Account Registration and Account Management
2.1 Registration
To play on the platform, you must open an account using accurate information. Providing false information may result in account suspension and loss of funds.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
The name, date of birth, and contact details you provide must match your actual National Registration Card or citizenship identity card. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required when making a withdrawal.
2.3 Account Security
- Never share your login details with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
- If you notice any suspicious login, contact us immediately via Live Chat.
2.4 Minimum Age Requirement
Players must be 21+. If we find that a player is underage, the account will be closed immediately without notice and any remaining balance will not be refunded.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
689solt supports KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits are normally processed instantly.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10–45 minutes. If there is any issue with the payment channel, the player will be notified immediately.
- We may require that your withdrawal method match your deposit method.
- KYC verification must be passed before any financial exceptions are made.
- If any activity is suspected to be money laundering, the account will be suspended immediately and investigated.
3.3 Technical Issues
If funds are lost due to a technical error during a deposit, 689solt will not be held liable but will investigate the issue and work to resolve it.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
689solt's welcome bonus is 150% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.
Example:
- Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks; to withdraw, you must complete wagering of 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks.
- Deposit 140,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a balance of 240,000 Ks; wagering required is 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement to withdraw bonus funds is 15× the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 General Promotion Terms
- Each promotion may have its own additional terms and conditions.
- A bonus code cannot be used more than once.
- Each bonus can only be claimed once per person, phone number, or IP address.
- If the platform detects that a bonus is being used for arbitrage betting, it reserves the right to void the bonus.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Game Results and Numbers
All games on the platform use fair RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Players generally cannot know the RTP (Return to Player) rate in advance, and the outcome of each game is random.
5.2 Technical Issues
If an incorrect game result occurs due to a server error or software error, we reserve the right to void that game, return the stake to the player, and cancel the round without any personal prejudice.
5.3 Football and Live Betting
Odds displayed for football and Live Casino games may change. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed.
5.4 Parlay / Multiple Bets
In parlay bets, if any single selection loses, the entire parlay is settled as a loss; this is the standard rule on this platform.
Prohibited Activities
Players must not carry out any of the following:
- Bonus abuse — attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met
- Two people sharing the same account
- Using bots, auto-clickers, or scripts in games
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform
- Depositing funds from an illegal source
- Selling, renting, or transferring an account to any third party
- Sending repeated requests intended to overload the server (DDoS)
Account Closure and Suspension
7.1 Closure by Player
If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may request this through Live Chat. Any non-bonus funds remaining before closure can be withdrawn if wagering requirements are met.
7.2 Closure by the Platform
689solt reserves the right to suspend a player's account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Providing false personal information
- Suspected fraudulent financial activity
- Self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy
7.3 Balance Refund
If an account closed by us holds a non-bonus balance, it may be returned after verification; however, we reserve the right to retain balances in accounts closed due to violations.

We cannot be held responsible for game results or bets lost due to such events; however, if a disconnection occurs during an active round, we will endeavour to refund the stake.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 689solt is not liable for losses arising from the following:
- Losses caused by a player's own negligent actions
- Account losses resulting from a security breach on the player's side
- Internet disconnections outside the player's control
- Financial losses resulting from the player's own decisions
Where we are at fault, we accept responsibility; however, our liability is limited to the amount lost by the player in that single bet or game.
